On that last blue update did you guys read that sentence “Up to the point of entering the talent pool” to mean that people were still going to the pool or they will stop prior to letting us swim?
On brighter note. Hopefully you are all healthy, safe and have retained your jobs so far. Hope to meet you all in class once all this blows over.

Mine is showing the same. Also have some “Discrepancies” even though I sent in all the documentation they asked for confirming everything to the T. Hopefully we get reached out to in case anything needs clarification.

I hope they will reach out if they need more clarification too, they also picked up my parents new address as connected to me which is very odd.
So far healthy and still employed! Hope you are doing well too!

I went through the process just a year ago and what I will suggest is that you stay on top of it. Hire Right does a very poor job overall. If you see no movement, call them, call your recruiter. Make some noise. If you don’t, it can fall through the cracks. They requested the same form from me 3 times. There just seems to be no sense of logic. Good luck and stay healthy my brothers and sisters.

Has the company historically reached out after the GIS/Hireright file is complete?

Hireright/GIS seemed to have already completed our files and sent them to JetBlue. We don't have a point of contact at JB except for the generic e-mail addresses that they give us during the Phase II updates.

I didn’t want to burst their bubble, so I’m glad someone said it. I’m surprised they’re still going through the process too.

Called HireRight yesterday and they said they were still waiting on my NDR. Their records show it was sent out on March 9th. Checked back today and they said still waiting on it but Missouri isn't processing them at this time....
And yes, I know we're in no rush and not expecting to be hired anytime soon, I still would want this completed and hate to see a lost NDR hold up the background check.

Better than getting kicked out of the process. I don't expect to be sitting in class anytime soon but still a small win for those that put in the work to get to this point. Got to cling to a little bit of hope and positivity.

Agreed, as I mentioned in the original post about it, was one small piece of good news was, they are still processing the background checks, as the e-mail said they would be! I just hope to be in a class someday, so it was a positive among so much negative,
