Did I read the message from the union correctly in them saying we have to look at the bid packet to determine if our commute flights are operating?

The flights in the June bid packet did not match what was being sold on JB.com for June. They were (still are actually) selling flights that don't exist in the bid packet. There is a big increase in frequency in daily flights starting mid-June. Some flights they are selling are either re-timed in the bid packet or don't exist at all. This might have been a violation of the CBA, but according to MEC, the company just hasn't "gotten around" to synchronizing the schedules. BS is you ask me!

You can commute JFK to JFK tomorrow evening at 7pm as B6 Flies 3 aircraft at “low altitude” over NYC at 7p. According to email today. How is it, “no cost to Jetblue?” Who is doing the flying? You’ve still got cycles on the aircraft even if fuel is donated. Are the mentioned “partners” paying the full charter rate for an A320? I thought NYers are pretty touchy about this sort of thing. Do we really need an air show right now?

Who cares, it will be good press! Fly circles around Manhattan for all I care, as long as it says JetBlue is open for business in the largest market in the country. Let's get this country back to work and start flying passengers again, bring on your revenue. Oh, and it's a good cause, and it's earnings day.

You're right. Being earnings day we should just furlough maybe like.... 500 guys Oct 1. Be good press. Better for the shareholders. Who cares. You said it all with, “for all I care.” Flica refresher bot guy is that you? Circles over Manhattan? Guess you weren’t in the air on 9/11 in the Ny Tracon huh? Because an Airbus over Manhattan just says... I’ve been thinking about sitting 6 inches from a total stranger on that trip to Aruba.

Wow, I didn't expect that response. I just thought it would be good advertising for the company and maybe encourage people to fly to help prevent furloughs by getting PAX back to flying. I was trying to be positive. As for your Flica comment, I'm lucky to pick up anything in open time, ever, and not even talking during this time frame of C-19, you got the wrong guy.

But you do remind me why I should stop reading and posting any opinions on this Forum. Good day to you sir.
