Hoping someone can help me out.

has anyone with T-Mobile ever had issues with getting alerts through text messages. Just recently I have been having issues recently notably since I got a new phone. Recently have seen no text alert but it shows up in my email. Then later on it seems that it works totally fine.

I’m on Tmobile and have never had an issue.

Never had an issue with t-mobile. I did hear that the email address flica sends from can sometimes get blacklisted and a call to them can fix it.

I have the issue. I only get the emails not texts

Try setting up the alerts on a computer as opposed to your phone or iPad. If I recall correctly, it’s a little different and gives you other options like silencing alert texts during certain hours.

But all the best trips come at 3am!
