Congrats! How long was the phone interview? Typical interview questions?

We are taking about the in person interview in MCO.

The phone interview for most of us was back in 2020. That's very basic. The in person interview (phase 1) is the interview interview. Phase 2 is when they run all the background, references, pria, drivers record, etc. After phase 2 you get the offer (or not) then go into the pool for a class date

I’m still waiting but might be bad news if everyone else had already heard back within 48 hours…not sure how the process works

No news has typically been good news over the years. TBNTs usually go out fairly early. But, things have changed recently so may not be relevant these days.

And I think this was answered but for sure it’s just audio on this thing right? No video recording?

Just did the initial screening questions and mine were video, not just audio.

I was with the 12:30pm group and about 24 hours later I got the congrats you're on to phase 2 email. 🙌 Congratulations to those who also got the email. 👏👏👏 Those still waiting hang in there, you may hear something soon. 🙏
