I would think B6 would be higher up on the list…thoughts?

Nope… exactly where they belong. This place is a dumpster fire.

Our focus on EWR killed our ontime performance compared to years past

The way JB deals with delays is and has been just terrible. They play this game where they just keep pushing back departure times every 15 minutes instead of being honest and posting a 3+ hour delay. As a passenger it’s infuriating to be strung along for hours (sometimes 10+ in SJU) and constantly lied to about the situation when the company knows damn well that the flight isn’t going to make the time posted on the board.

I really enjoyed working at JB but this was almost a universal compliant from customers. Also put the gate agent in a terrible position about whether or not to tell the truth or go along with the official story.

To be fair, in my experience as a commuter every airline does this.

The DL gate agents at ATL at least look me in the eye when they refuse to list me for the JS and close the door 5 min before the scheduled go time.

I was talking about how they all do the constant 15-30min rolling delay thing, where most of the time you can lookup where the inbound plane is coming from and see it's still over an hour away in the air.
