3% is not even half of what we lost to inflation (8%) in the past year. 6.5k after taxes will probably be less than 4k. Hard no for me.

Its 6500 a person if distributed equally…not happening, plus the MEC gets their hands on it first, then decides how they want to hand it out. And you better make sure you pay your dues money on it.
