Any ranking list that is going to be about actual performance metrics . Expect JB to be pretty low on that list . Any list measuring an actual airline product and customer satisfaction, etc .. You can expect JB to usally be towards the top .

Delta has become pretty fast with the arrogant zombie indoc. In years past it's taken humble, down-to-earth new hires months to become insufferable pr*cks. Impressive.
