Especially for those of us who cannot. Not sure what the % is but unfortunately a large percentage of us are stuck with the outcome yet have no say in the process. Quite disheartening.

Unless you are leaning yes, but dont really feel strongly about it. Then I would go ahead and sit this one out, or better yet, vote NO.

Why disheartening? That's how it is at every ALPA carrier. You are on probation, so you dont pay dues but you don't have certain rights as other non-probationary pilots. For Delta TA, will probationary pilots have a vote? Nope. Same same.

That one year gives you time to check the temperature of the company on how they value your profession. When you get to vote on a TA, you can answer the question of "is this the type of company to take advantage of this loophole?"
