Pref Bidding and Opentime on Reserve
 

Hello Y'all,
How does one put in for Pref Bid while on SCR, I have hardly flown on reserve and want to fly more, but on my days on - not on my days off
Also how do I pick up open-time in another base ( the other base is my bluecity) I just want to get some approaches and landings in

Email the CP office and ask for a trip, that's your best bet.

Pref Bid on SCR only applies if all LCRs are used and your days of availability match the trip you're bidding for. In other words, very rare circumstances.

I've never heard of anyone actually able to pick up a trip in another base using the Global Opentime Pot. CS just doesn't seem to ever put trips in there, and nothing forces them to do it. And again that would be working for free on your days off since the credit would only go towards the 75hr guarantee, not above it.

in FLICA go to Pilot RSV Open Time Bid —> Submit or View Requests.

It’s a long shot, but may work. If on SCR and you really want to fly bid A/B silo.

Do not pick up straight open time on RSV, it does not pay above guarantee. Any VDA/RSA in your blue city will pay.

Flying is slow right now, but come end of next month you’ll be sorry you asked.
