That meme was made in reference to our discussing our relative reserve experiences, and having one trip a month and crediting 75 hours a month is better than dropping everything but one trip and crediting 10 hours.

Again, I think most of us like the idea of DTZ, we just don't think that it is second only to good sex in terms of life priorities.

So apparently all b6 pilots fly one trip a month for 75 hours.

All nk pilots fly zero hours a month and the company pays for everything.

Does this sum up our arguments?

NK vs B6 contract

Ways NK's contract is superior:

- Grid rules
- No min credit requirement (aka: DTZ). This is industry standard, though. No other major has a min credit requirement.
- More vacation time/pay
- X/Y list system
- Self-directed 401(k) (not sure if JB has this tbh, but it's huge for me personally)
- Better health insurance
- Sick calls (no doctor's note BS required)
- Our training dept makes WAY more
- Way better international override pay

There's more, but that's the stuff immediately in my mind.

You mean our international overide pay that only kicks in if you fly south of 15N whereas JB's is outside the CONUS minus San Juan? That inernational override pay?

You can take this off your list. JB has this option and also pays a lot more into the 401k than Spirit does. In fact, one of the major concerns is how to handle *too much money* going into the 401k.
