Do I need ATP in hand in order to apply and be considered or would I be able to apply with ATP minimums?

back in the olden days, I started applying to airlines when I got my commercial multi. I got my first regional job with 800 hrs and it would have been sooner but 9/11 happened. |

You will need an unrestricated ATP to be hired.

It wasn't even that long ago and it took me 9 applications and thousands of 121 hours before I got a call... and now we have people asking "do I even need a license to apply?" XD
