Refund for Mint
 

Booked a buddy pass for Mint travel round trip....Buddy got it one direction, but not the other. How does one get the difference for the price refunded?

If it's not refunded automatically (which bookings through myidtravel seem not to be) then try the chat help option in the JetBlue app. I had a similar issue recently which was resolved fairly quickly through the app. Just let them know it was a myidtravel booking and have the confirmation code.

Email CrewTravel and give them the Ticket Number, Traveler Name, Date, and Booking Reference number. All of that info is in MyIDTravel. They always reply and process the refund within a day.
