It's been years since I did a POS trip but I recall it being a dump. Second the advice of just stick to the hotel. Everything was expensive too, at least where we stayed at the time. A burger and beer at the hotel was at least twice what it would be anywhere else.

Need to dig into your own pocket even after the $3.25/hr per diem? It appears that 2-day pays $120 expenses tax free. Never been there but can't imagine a place like that being that expensive.

It's not bad. The hotel is nice and theres a really good West Indian food stand on the way to the hotel. The jerk chicken is really good. Ask the driver and he'll take you there. It goes for 8 bucks a plate and its better and MUCH cheaper than anything you'll find at the hotel. The breakfast buffet is free as previoulsy mentioned. Decent gym... I've never wandered into town but supposedly theres an old RAF pilot who owns a bar. People seem to like it.
