Cathay Pacific Second in command

I'm a low time Commercial Pilot, however was possibly looking at the Cathay Pacific Second Officer Position. Does anyone know any details of this program or knows anyone that is in it? If anyone knows, is the FAA Commercial Pilots License the same as an ICAO Commercial Pilots License? And do you just need to pass the ATP written for that program to fulfill their requirements? Any insight...would greatly appreciate it.

I'm not sure if you know that you posted your question in the JETBLUE forum, but as an FYI you might consider posting your question @ http://www.pprune.org/. There is LOTS of info on Cathay there.
