PS is that your buck this year? Where did you shoot him? I'm betting around 130ish on B&C score?

Get a new set of knee pads! One tough question is tell me about a time when you had to cup the balls while trying to keep the crewmember at full mast with your other hand. What technique did you use and what was the outcome?

Just remember that you will be interviewing for a job as a regional pilot.

At JetBlue every anticipated future 320 Captain for the next 10-15 years is already on the property, and the upgrade to 190 Captain will take several years at current best-case growth estimates using the latest delivery schedules. Why???

Because of the size of JB's pilot group and the expiry of the 'fence' in 2007 we will soon see 190 F/O's moving to the right seat of the 320, 320 F/O's upgrading on the 190, and 190 Captains moving to the left seat of the 320. (There are no shortcuts on a seniority list.) Thus, check out the 190 F/O pay rates very carefully and see if F/O flight time at the current pay rate beats your current gig. If your long-term career goal involves flying for a stable and profitable premiere airline (yes, a few still exist) you may be better off logging PIC elsewhere.

Other than that, JB is a fine place to keep current while looking for your next job or if you need to live in NY. Good luck!!

Good intel here. You can find just about every question ever asked at the interview here. Don't over study though. You can drive yourself nuts trying to have an answer for everything. Relax, be yourself. They just want to know if they can stand to do a four-day with you.

Don't forget to tell them:

1. You hate Unions.
2. You'll stab anyone in the back to get a Captain seat.
3. You'll work for the lowest wages in the industry, clean the airplane and wet yourself every time you hear the name David Neeleman.
