Other than that it's great here.
Arguably pog...
we’re not the bottom. We actually fall in the middle of most categories, higher in some and lower in others.

BTW. As far I know, we are the only airline in the United States that makes their employees pay for business class seat. While, it might seem like a deal breaker, this is a big indicator of how JetBlue management "values" its employees.
What’s 48% at SWA get you?

Not sure what a “real” major is?

Does it get you MCO capt? $240k a year? Man we all Make choices. Every airline has its hustle. You can make as little or as much as you’re willing to spread your legs for.

Honestly guys. You can be happy with your size or you can be angry that the guy over there says he’s bigger and may or May not be. We faught the fight we won. We got a union, we got a contract. We are NOT the bottom. The same guys that hated the company now hate the union... you’ll never be happy. Sorry. Life’s too short.

Good luck.

It’s always going to be a back and forth in this type on environment. I’ve always tried to be honest in my perception of this pr firm, I mean company. Is it the best place? Not close but it is no where near the worst. I’m going to be trying hard to improve what I see as lacking here. I will never go out of my way to help the company if they don’t value what I can provide to the operation.

Is this place as good as hyper thinks it is? Not in my opinion. Is it as bad as bluedriver thinks it is? Not in my opinion either.

I hope blue driver keeps fighting to make this place better cause I probably agree with him on a lot of issues. But I also agree with how hyper thinks on things. Most people probably fall in the middle of willing to fight to make improvements here but not going to be miserable thinking how bad it is at jb. I laugh at the lack of an operational plan and it makes my day so much better when they take everything out of the pilots control and it falls apart.

The only way to show us NOT on the bottom is to include Spirit and Frontier in our peerset, just like how are management forced them in unilaterally a few years back to make us look like we weren't the bottom.

There are approximately 13 retirements in the top 50% of JB for 2019. Possibly less since the last time I gathered the actual data.

So approximately one-third of 1%. .0034.

Retirements don’t pick up to triple digits for a few years. Only way to move up in seniority here for a little while is the hope of growth.
