I read blue streak 3 times, flying high twice, had extensive notes on the latest and greatest from JB's press room and got asked a total of zero questions about the past and present goings on. That's not to say you won't be asked.
Be knowledgable about it all but I'd personally spend more time practicing the Tell me about a time questions and relating the core values with your stories. Just my $.02.

Exact question I got: "Embarrass me with your knowledge of JetBlue". Not something you can BS your way through. I didn't read either of the books and I was able to answer the question thoroughly. You can find all of the history on the internet.

Definitely do not skip on reading up about the company. You only get around 5 questions in the interview you don't want to risk having one of those questions be about the history of JetBlue and screw it up.

Thank of it like a v1 cut on a checkride. Be prepared well for it and know it's important and if you screw it up you are hosed, but the check ride has 10 or 12 other things to prepare for as well.

I got every question in the packet. Page by page. They took turns (2 interviewers). Somewhere around 13 questions or so. Yes, the tell me about JB was one of them (I'm phase II). I did read both books. The format/style varies based on the pair of interviewers you get.

Does jB give you a packet prior to your interview with expected interview questions?

I was asked exactly 5 questions, with "Tell us what you know about jetBlue," being number 4.
Just be ready to rattle off facts and history about the company until they tell you to shut up!!
If they know you are well versed, they will stop you early. I didn't get more then a minute into my answer before the cut me off.

Guys/gals.....
If you want to work for JetBlue, or any other company for that matter, bone up on the company. Know the origins, history, culture, aircraft #s and type, domiciles, maybe a quirky thing or two about the company (JB reservations agents work from home, etc...), core values (JB or VA), stock price/trend, people in certain positions (CEO, COO, CP, VP Flt. Ops, etc...), geography of operations, latest news, plans for the future. Expect that type of question in any interview.
Good luck.
