I recently saw New York passed a law where companies are not allowed to start a background check on you unless they offer you a job. It seems like JetBlue isn't doing this even though they are based in New York?

Is it? The welcome to Phase II email I received made it pretty clear that it was not a CJO. It said the pilot hiring committee was still reviewing interviewing scores and that "even at this point the selection process for JetBlue Pilots is still very competitive". But if that's just HR covering their own butt than I guess that's good new for me

I have not received a CJO and am in phase 2. And as the other poster said, he received a CJO after beginning phase 2. Not really concerned about it, just something I noticed.

PH2 is essentially JB’s version of a CJO.
