I also know that the core values are important. Myself and my lucky friend are a bit in the dark about the "tell me about a time" questions that jetBlue likes to ask. Class dates are given based off of seniority of when you interviewed guys , so if you and joe blow interviewed at the same day and background checks completed same time , but you interview at 10am, and he interviewed at 11am, YOU'LL get the offer for class first , this may be the difference between the base you want or the aircraft you want or upgrade one day etc.... Take the very first interview slot avail.... I know life gets in the way but do what it takes to get the first one, cause as soon as you deny the time slot , he goes right down the list and finds someone else to fill It . !
