My skates are sharp, and I'm wide open in front of the net. Hoping for the pass so I can put it were mama keeps the peanut butter... top shelf.

I checked, and they said that the ERAU Expo will have JetBlue there, but it is for the University Gateway program. They go to ERAU Prescott this week, then Daytona next week. Also visit UND, Auburn, Jacksonville U, and a few others later this month. This is all for the CapeAir-ExpressJet feeder program.
I am an alumni, I have been to the expo every year for the past 3 years. Pilot recruiters ARE present, they will take your resume, and the lines are nowhere NEAR what they are at WIA or OBAP. Also, of the people that the recruiters get to talk to, most are applying for the University Gateway program or some other job at B6 (safety, internships, etc.). When you walk up to the recruiters with a lot of industry experience and some quality time on your resume, you stand out from the rest of the crowd.
United and Southwest were accepting resumes last year. Delta was not accepting resumes last year, not sure what the plan is this year. Also not sure about AA/Airways.
If you're on the fence about attending, I would definitely go.

I know it was discussed before, but can someone in the know elaborate a little further on the PHC? Is it really possible to go all the way through phase 2 simply to be knocked out for whatever reason by the PHC? Who are they and what do they look for?

My understanding is that The PHC is phase two. Once you get the congrats you've passed phase 2 (unless you've lied or totally eFed up) your in to training... Eventually.

I met face-to-face with JetBlue at WAI 2013 and had about 3,100 TT. Should have close to 4,000 TT by next March. Does JetBlue take note if you attend multiple job fairs? Or just the latest job fair that they attended? Just deciding if it's worth it this time around to attend again, or wait until I'm around the 5,000 TT figure I've been hearing.

As it relates to face-time that's never a bad thing, I've been to 3 consecutive JetBlue job fairs/meet&greets and can assure you my face is well known by at least 1/2 the team. At least that's what I'd like to think.

Jet Blue Required Docs for interview
Hello All,
I have an interview with jetBlue mid October 2014. Wanting to be proactive, apart from the obvious docs/logbooks what other items are necessary for the interview? College transcripts, national driving record etc? Thought I would get the ball rolling while I have a small window of time Thank you.

College transcripts and NDR not required. You will need at minimum 3 letters of rec, signed and dated (within 12 months of interview) with contact info from your rec (ie, phone number and email). They dont have to be internal, but if you have internals, def include them. Also a 200 word "Why JetBlue Story." I would also heavily recommend interview prep (ECIC). Focus is on interpersonal skills. Its not merely a TMAAT. Its more to the tune of..."In the workplace, there are times when you will not always get along with someone you work with, TMAAT you used leadership to establish trust between yourself and someone you had a conflict with." Thats not a direct quote, but its close. It wasnt as vanilla as TMAAT you had an emergency, in fact I didn't even get the emergency question in any form. The theme was CRM, SAFETY, CUSTOMER SERVICE, TRUST, LEADERSHIP (Not to say they wont ask you about an emergency). What I took away from the interview was that the focus wasn't on me per say, but how I used my interpersonal skills to help the team coalesce to become a unit and how they reacted to my input, did they receive it well, was there backlash, etc...What did you learn from the experience. Not just the SAR format, but the 4th element, the "Reaction." And of course, Why do you want to work here? And Why JetBlue? Those I had practiced and felt prepared for, I still had to answer for the 737 type rating and "what if UAL called?" Be prepared for these. The other ones caught me a little off guard and had to adapt my answers/stories I had prepared to fit the action words they were looking for. Good luck in the interview, its a mostly a pleasant experience with a sprinkle of anxiousness/adrenaline in the mix!
