I was hoping someone could help with a few questions.
How big have the classes been this fall?
Any word on the size of the upcoming November and December classes?
Have any class dates been established beyond the 4 December class?
Previous posts mentioned larger classes in the spring but class size shrunk over the summer. I was hoping class size has increased again. It's awesome that September interviews are already getting calls for class but they're interviewing 80-90 people per month this fall - the pool may be empty but it's gonna fill up quick again at that interview pace.

30ish for Nov,Dec classes.
None past Dec 4th but they will be every two weeks. Jan 7th starting the new year?
Yes the pool is filling up quickly. Last 3 interview dates were Oct 28th, Nov 6th and will be Nov 13th.

Bloodhound, thanks for the info. I received two emails from JB one stating that I was selected to continue to P2 and another asking for my DOB & SS#, to which I responded.
I did call Sterling earlier today just to make sure I had not missed an email from them and was told JB had not yet sent them the request to start my background check, and I should call my JB recruiter to see what was going on. I then called the only JB # I had (the # that called me to set up my interview) and left a message, that as of now hasn't been returned.
I am just trying to find out if I slipped through the cracks or if I was put into some sort of a que?
Not sure if it's warrented, but I'm starting to get concerned!

I always heard its your interview to lose but I have heard more and more "known good guys" getting the thanks no thanks. Some really surprised me I thought they would be a great fit, any word of them being more picky. I interviewed a while ago the wait to phase 2 Is a killer!

They have been getting larger as we get later into the year. 20-30 ish.

Just some friendly advice...don't wait for Sterling.
Go get your college/highschool and Pria work yourself. Oh driving records also.
When sterling says they are waiting for something, B.O.O.M! Got it right here let me email it to you.
I mailed my own Pria work and training records in myself, my old airline was less than cooperative.

I finally got the email with the link yesterday and sent all of the documents in. Didn't get an explanation on why I never received it, but guess that's all in the past and just hope it didn't cost me an earlier class date!

Notes from yesterday's interview;
70-80% of the interviewees normally pass phase 1.
They are looking to hire 300 in 2015 (but that number could move either direction).
You will get asked "why JB?" a lot.
Overall it was a great experience. It seems to be a great/fun loving culture.
