(IRT processing Phase 2 paperwork), does anyone know if FAA Form 8060-11 (Air Carrier Records Request) is required if I have no part 121/135 time (all military time)?

I would fill it out anyways, even if the FAA doesn't have a record for you, they're asking for it. To easy to just sign and have a complete file, than have them ask you later after you've been put in the bottom of the stack.

I called the number today and asked. Said items not required for military only candidates. Anyone else ready for Phase II to be complete?

how do you download the forms from Sterling? It says to download for step 8, but it won't let me print or download. I'm in the acknowledge stage right now.

After opening each document before checking the acknowledge box, try right clicking and save the document to your desktop, where you can then print it off. Fill in the info, scan, and upload towards the end of the process...
