The 147 does include expected attrition and can change based on guys leaving. I don't have any numbers, but yes we are losing a decent amount of junior guys to the legacies. Most are 1-3yr guys

Thank you.

This is my 3rd year applying. Hopefully will hear something this year. TT 4400, 3070 Jet Time, 1250 PIC (no turbine), 4 yr degree.

What exactly do they expect to see on the application where it allows you to upload documents for "explanations of any training failures"? Does anyone know anywhere one could go to see what format and exactly what JetBlue would expect to see on that?

Would that include a failure of an internal company PC or just pink slips?

They check your FAA and company records, so both.

No, just a letter style. Paragraph for each circumstance with an explanation, and what you learned from it.

I wouldn't leave anything out just to be safe! Including any written failures. They won't fault you for being honest, but they will fault you for leaving something out.

If it helps, I did not upload ANY letters when I applied, because I didn't think I knew anyone at jetblue. I also never talked to a recruiter. I got the call to interview in September and couldn't take it for personal reasons, but they were able to give me an OCT 16 interview. They had you bring up to 3 LORS + 1 internal to your interview. I brought a couple from 2 FO's I had flown with, a LCA, and one internal who I heard through the grapevine got hired and I reconnected with him. Started class 2 weeks ago.

7500 TT and 2100 TPIC. 4 yr degree, volunteer for a couple different organizations.
