Never know though- guy from my Nov class was 28 and he got BOS 190 (from BOS so for him, perfect). Those that wanted BOS and got JFK were awarded it within one system bid. I could have gotten it on the bus as well but I've got hourly service to NY from DFW. More options than BOS for the commute.

I don't really care as long as I'm in BOS. On the fence between the two airframes as QOL is most important to me. Regardless I know I have zero control over it so just need to stop stressing and enjoy the process

Everything is relative. On a good note, I've been able to swap reserve days around without talking to a human being, gotten the days off I wanted via PBS, and have been released early on occasion. On the other side the MO is to sit for five days of reserve- don't do anything the first four- then get a turn on the last day too late to commute home.
Living in base, this would be a great reserve gig as I didn't work all Easter weekend (instead spending it in a Crashpad and at local businesses owned by ethnicities that don't celebrate such holiday... All the Italian Catholic places were closed!)

L' Angolo and the Peruvian place were open.
The Classic Diner too.
I know my food.
P.S. sorry for the diversion guys

If qol is your first priority bid the 190. Airbus reserve will have you flying all hours of the night
