jetBlue Hiring

#5102

I have a Georgia address and they hired me!
While I'm sure they hire plenty of people who have shotgunned their resume to everyone out there, the impression I consistently got was that JB wants to hire people who are passionate about working for JB. Getting face time any way you can, applying at every window, a resume that matches what the company is looking for, and internal recs are how you demonstrate that. When you get the 1-on-1 time at the job fair or finally land the interview, you'd better know a lot about the company and the culture, be able to answer both why you want to work for them specifically, and why you personally are a good fit.
I'd file both Blue Streak and Flying High under "Must Read" as well.

When exactly does the 1st round, 2nd and first come first served take place (when/where are resv swap days awarded)? Also, where is the monthly bidding tab? Am new to flica. Any advice or tips please let me know (message or post) thanks a million!

The 1st and 2nd windows are based on seniority, so you won't see results til the end of the bidding period. The 3rd window (48hr First Come, First Served) is as the name implies. Be the first one to submit your request and you'll see an immediate (sort of) response.
Monthly bidding is done with Navtech PBS. You can access it here (left side, Navtech PBS Web, login): https://www.hellojetblue.com/pbs/index.html

Hand out cookies that have blue food coloring in them, then have them nicely wrapped with your business card inside. Wear a Blue tie or shirt to the job fair (it will differentiate you from the folks who are going to Delta/AA/ spirit etc). Bottom line, be creative. We want people who are excited about JetBlue.
Good luck to everyone trying to get an interview here. Excited to have more good folks come aboard.

When up in full swing seems they run 2/mo and 12-20ish per class. Size will vary upon need obviously. But we have seen classes in the 40-50 range and as small as 5-6.
We're taking an average of a plane a month until he end of 2022. 2018 only 6planes. Soon you get on the better. ....obviously
