jetBlue Hiring

There is a way to upload them to your PROFILE, but after you submit, you can not add them to your APPLICATION. At Vets in Blue I asked the VP of talent if rec letters uploaded after I hit submit would be viewed along with my resume and she said they would. I was in the room when the exact same question was asked 4 months later at WAI, and her answer was "No, but they are attached to your profile, so they'll already be uploaded when the next hiring window opens."
I'd definitely recommend attaching them to you app before you submit if at all possible.

I'm not a mco commuter but expect the jumpseat a lot. We have a lot of pilots and FAs that commute out of mco. Good news is it's company metal and we've got two cockpit jump seats on the bus and 1 and a cabin jumpseat on the 190.

Does anyone actually know how to resubmit an application after you have submitted? I just don't want to have 2 applications on file, and am not sure if theres a way to withdraw what you already have in. I'm in the same boat as some others, I got a LOR from someone I wasn't expecting to before the window closed so I applied, now I have it and want to make sure its with my application if possible. Thanks.

I could use some advice guys. I am in the phase 2 process at JB and Sterling is asking to send out the PRIA form to my current employer. Now, I know for the Regional guys this is not a big deal perhaps, but for folks like me that work for smaller companies, this can be a VERY big deal. My concern is that once my current employer receives the PRIA request form from JB, I will be let go or retaliated against. Unfortunately, I have seen these things before here. So, not sure what to do as I put "do not contact" on my application but I am sure at some point, they are going to have to accomplish this.
Comments, suggestions are welcome. Thanks.

PRIA checks are required before beginning service with an employer. However, my understanding is that you can start training without it being completed. You just can't fly the line in revenue service. For the reasons you have mentioned, talk to JB about only doing the PRIA after you are in class with a seniority number. This ofcourse would work if you have no skeletons in the closet and there is nothing that your former employer can put on the form to yank you out of class. I think most airlines will undertand the issue you may be facing.
