Meaning when you start the app or when you submit?
After starting mine it stated I had until a date in early April to complete it...any clarification on this would be extremely helpful--still waiting on a couple of recs.

You should be able to add LORs to your profile after the window closes. That option was available after previous Windows.

It taxes you as if you were to make that amount of the entire year. Many of the higher gross captains were taxed close to 50%. I found that my tax rate is close to 30% or so and changed my exemptions for this single period to adjust the taxes closer to the 30%. It worked out pretty close and I was within $500 or so of what I had guessed.
Thanks.

You can fudge the numbers atriums to figure out what you like.
I ended up changing my deductions to get a normal tax withholding. Came out within $45 of what I figured.

So what happens with our RSV system? I used to get plenty of LCR, and never get call for a 1 or 2 day pairings at the beginning of a RSV block of 4/5/6 days.
Now, last two months, no more LCR, can't swap days, and being called for 1 day paring at on the first day is the norm. I also have noticed we have much less guys in RSV now.
Isn't such change a violation of the status quo? What's happening?
How long are we going to be like that? Is this cyclical?

Bonus, the 190 guys will have a better quality of life for the next 2 years and have the opportunity to make more money. Junior BOS Bus guys are looking at 2 years of reserve
