You do however get a phase 2 notification a day or so after the interview if your interview was successful, which typically means you'll get a class date at some point and are then "in the pool," so it's kind of like a CJO but still not guaranteed. So from PH2 notification to class starting has been 3-4 months from my limited but recent experience. Prior to us it seemed like it was a bit longer, so it would probably depend on class sizes and such.
