It's has some personality-type questions and some multi-tasking stuff. Read the directions closely. There's also a part where you fly an A-10 (I think?) with a desktop joystick. That part's pretty straight-forward. The test comes at the end of the day and IIRC, it takes about two hours. I think that's the most challenging thing about it. I know it counts for something, but no idea how much it counts. I think they're trying to gather reliable baseline data with which to evaluate future Gateway Select (ab initio) applicants, but definitely take it seriously.
For the LORs, you can have up to 3 externals in addition to however many internals you have.
All in all, the interview is a great experience and they try to make it as stress-free and enjoyable as possible. Good luck!

Perfect, just what I was looking for. I have 4 internal recs plus 3 external, so I'll just bring them all. I am guessing the internal recs don't need to be signed since JetBlue has a very direct means to verify with their own employees, but I'll get them to sign them none the less.
