If there was a termination, perhaps a simple information notice to our pilots from Management about this case would be appreciated.

Number 12 is a great guy who had some serious negative events in his life and was given many opportunities for help that he refused. (You can't not show up for work and continue to be employed). The good news is he didn't need this job. Good luck Bill!
