Correct.

The violation is because they are putting the B6 code on AA flights between two “focus cities”

Focus cities are defined as pilot based in our contract.

You guys should pull up BOS to LGA say in august September time range and look up those flights. Or better yet just pull up BOS to NYC area.

To be fair I don’t see any AA flights on these. All JB flights. AA can throw their code on all the B6 flights they want.

B6 however can not put our code on AA flights between focus cities.

Now there are about 100’s other flights they are doing it though.

B6 code on AA flights between
Jfk-lax
Jfk-MCO
Jfk-fll

Well, they said there would be growth, they just couldn’t be specific.

What route and date?

All I see being sold on the JB app between bos-nyc are 190’s and they are all JB flights.

(I’m using the app. Maybe that’s why?)

Edit...
Yep that was why. The app doesn’t show AA flights for sale yet. The website does though.

They wouldn't do that. Doesn't make sense to use AA or Eagle because CASM, trip costs and reasons. Can't be true.

NEA:
Jetblue becomes a 166-seat regional for American, bypassing AA’s “seat limitations” scope.
Eagle becomes a regional for Jetblue, bypassing JetBlue’s “no regional” scope.
“Not really a codeshare, but not really a JA. It’s really a new thing.”

This is why Scope is not for sale.
