It’s 15 in 17 days, not 1 per day! C’mon man!

And we should have some ties for our rates to at a minimum track the CPI/inflation in perpetuity, not just through the next amendable date.

While I agree that would be a great win, the CPI is a government rigged metric. It does not accurately state the true inflation rate. So, even that would be less than what we should be getting.

I agree, that’s why I included the “/inflation.” I should have been more clear

I got you.

I must say, it is disheartening to not be able to get a raise until lengthy negotiations are complete and contract is signed.

Meanwhile, every month our pay is being diminished more and more, sometimes over 1% per month. It is an insidious form of taxation and savings for the company. Most people probably aren’t financially educated enough to understand it. My hope in posting here is to help spread awareness.

What’s the old saying at jetblue (was it Maruster who said it?)…if you want a raise, give yourself one by working more! Just work a little harder and you’ll be good!!!

Where can you find attrition rates?

Everywhere is seeing attrition pick up. The thing is, I don't think the LCCs can compete with even a stellar contract -- seniority movement is huge. That, and some people have widebody dreams.
