I’m in your exact situation (seniority & age) , out of curiosity what’s your reasoning for wanting to leave ? Do you live in a legacy base ?

no judgement btw , just curious . And wish you well.

No, I don’t . Because I genuinely enjoy going to work ,when I do , and I enjoy my QOL . I also don’t feel the need to work for a Legacy airline just so I can say I can . Basically, I don’t feel like I need to go else where atm to start over at the bottom .

New inflation numbers out. Prices up 0.8% in Feb and 7.9% year over year. Hopefully this AIP at least lets us break even with our pay rates and covers the losses due to inflation the past year.

I take the under too. If so, we will still be taking a paycut from 1 year ago.
