Vote no….problem is the 60 or so percent who only read the compensation section who won’t.

That 60 percent will probably vote yes even if the compensation is sub par (like a 3% increase). Because who knows what could happen if we vote no…

Sorry I meant until something may be purposed to the pilot group? At my regional it took a little over a year for something to be purposed to us.
