17 of 35 sections TA'd. Almost 3 years in and those were the "easy" sections!

17/31 subsections have been TA'd and section 6 negotiations began in March of 2015. So we're nearing 24 months of negotiations and 3 years of ALPA on property.
With that said, I wholeheartedly agree with the sentiment that progress is not what it should be.

Yup. I know we won't get industry average anything, but the average is skyrocketing as we take it session by session. I'll put on gloves and VDA just like the good ole' days, after we have a contract.
At this rate there will be a recession and management will be laughing as they leverage made up losses and hardships. We'll be giving back $$$ and begging management to let us keep flying under 2013 PEA.

Just to get a few facts straightened out:

Bravo to our Juicer friend "Charlie" for alienating a high-value passenger who will take her money elsewhere:

On the flight back, the captain of the flight got on the microphone and kept repeating "know the row, know the row" mantra. He then introduced himself as Charlie, a married man with 5 children who wants to make sure everybody on the flight is happy so they will fly JetBlue again, JetBlue will make more money and continue to provide generous healthcare benefits for his 5 children who need it. This was absolutely odd.
I have one more flight on JetBlue between JFK and BOS on New Year's Day as the airfare was just $43. I'm done with them after that.

Been thinking too what I've ran into lately. Showtimes. Please do not arrive at the aircraft till the ACTUAL showtime, especially on overnights where the company knows best for our van time. Lots of guys & gals walking down that jet bridge early and briefing the FA's early. (totally understand if you get there early for a bite or coffee) This just enables the company even more with their silly metrics. Hold the Line everyone & dig in deep
