Bozo ans Southernern are describing the sentiment of the majority of jetblue pilots.
WE LIKE IT HERE! We don't want to leave. We want management to make decisions, inspire growth and create new opportunities (future planning goals) according to the company's legacy.
But..................
We work hard to make it a great place. That work is the brand that people come back to and tell their friends. We DESERVE to be compensated at a per set industry hourly wages, vacation and retirement. AND The compensation should have a direct relative relationship with how much revenue and profit the company is generating.
Simple.

I think you should face reality- Please share any incentive B6 has to finalize a TA. Youre right though, we should all go to a rally, but barring that, please share your optimism and guess as to when a TA will be presented. Try to avoid your usual generalizations HB.
Respectfully requested btw. BZ

I know its a waiting game HB, Im tired of waiting and the apparent denial that the company exudes.
Info is like nailing jello to the wall from company and union (which is the process I know), but the unknown will drive guys away.
Have you seen the CBA at UAL or even AA?
Tell anyone ready to leave why they should roll the dice with this dishonest company...

My points were:
1.JB can plan the airlines future with or without a CBA.
2. I believe picketing, media or a transactional event are going to be needed to get management to close a CBA.
Hyperboy, your reading comprehension is often very lacking, so very simply what do you disagree with in my statement and why do you believe that?
When do YOU see a TA being finalized since you have not answered the other gentlemen's question?
No vague coded response please.

Please spell it out in plain complete thoughts, even if you are just passing your understanding of things along.
