And at what point is it being an enabler? For example, I'm not going to compromise safety by delaying writeups the way it's been for years. they're questioning people's writeups now even though they should have been all along. we should never do more than SOP. doing more just makes you part of the problem.
I don't like this idea of balance because that is what got us to this point since day.

Canceling was a BIG MISTAKE.
This is no different than North Korea playing multiple administrations to develop nuclear weapons, Iran playing the USA while they too develop nuclear weapons, and the North Vietnamese communist government stalling after bombing missions. They are just playing for time and/or a contract more favorable to them. B6ALPA's propensity to leave Hill 262 after getting a promise of a cease-fire is ill-advised. We'll simply have to spend more blood and treasure in the future at a time and place that is not optimal for victory. It's not everyday that investor meetings happen - this opportunity should never be wasted.
The USA dropped nuclear bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki after Japan wanted to surrender. The president decided to do it anyways to assure 100% victory for WWII and for the future of any wars. He wanted to show that nuclear war is so horrendous that no one would ever use nuclear weapons again. It worked. We fought the cold war without losing a life in war or using nuclear weapons. If we retreat now and play the Vietnam strategy, we will lose the war.
Peace through strength. The cost of respect is eternal vigilance.

I hope so. Blind trust is not a good idea in business and war.
I'm ready to vote No. i will accept no compromises. MEC will be held accountable if they accept less.
This communique is for entertainment purposes only. It does not implicitly or explicitly acknowledge employment with any air carrier nor is any relationship implied. This communique does not represent the opinions or policies of ALPA or JB ALPA and does not represent the collective pilot group, ALPA, nor does it imply collective bargaining, advocacy, or workforce actions intended to disrupt operations.

You’re voting no because you may have to clean the cabin one time when you decide to leave your troll cave and go non rev somewhere. You must be a miserable human.
Can you send me a DM so I can put you on my avoid list? Although I have a big hunch on who you maybe with how you attribute everything to “war”.

Because everyone in today’s world must fit in a perfect box. This side or that there is no room for the middle. It’s why political debates are so messed up. It’s easy to put someone in a defined box that way you can just write them off as being negative or a juicer. It’s easy and lazy that way.
