My motivations are simple:
- Improve the industry so it's respected like a profession with professionals again.
- Get paid what we're worth as professionals.
- Provide the highest levels of safety to our customers and ourselves (e.g. less night flying, better cabin air quality at ALL times, better commuting rules, etc.).
- Get work rules commensurate a professional.
- Improve our quality of life.
- Pass/modify legislation that prevents pilot exploitation by any airline.
