Why can't we have the work rules and scope AND:

*INDUSTRY STANDARD PAY RATES*
PS without a cliff
3% COLA
1 additional week per grouping
No OE trips withheld

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

I'm tired of hearing the following excuses:

This is our first contract, need to solidify the base, then we'll get the stuff that's short on this TA the next time
What happens if the economy crashes....then what?
I'm a junior guy and it's super dooper good for me. I'm in!

So much f-ing shortsightedness with this pilot group it's nauseating...
Fixed it for you.

Agree completely with your sentiment. BTW.

There’s actually a foreseen recession by the economists by the end on 2019, beginning 2020 !!

Agreed Bunker. The days of sacrificing are over.

I would direct your question to the NC. As far as your insults, take a Valium and worry about your own vote. 😎

Agree with your other points however our vacation equates to the same number of days and credit as United.

United 4 weeks at 22.75
Jetblue 3 weeks at 35

Results in the same number of days off.

I would direct you to Snoops post on the other board. Your statement is not correct. Our allotment, distribution and availability based on seniority is grossly lagging.

Absolutely! There is an opposite scenario where the union wanted full language before voting it down and sending it back to fix a few highlights...

But I wouldn't put ANYTHING past this group at LSC.

Those are different things. We haven’t seen those yet either.

85 hour month.

35 hours vacation, requires about 8.5 more days to complete schedule

22.75 hours vacation. Requires about 12-13 more days to complete schedule.

Your 3 weeks are worth more credit and the same number of days off as United.

Our system does force you to take more of your days in 3 months rather than 4, however the days off and credit are equal.

The pairing construction also intrigues me.
It appears miles ahead of Alaska and more on a SWA par.
Again, no decision until I see the rates worked into the pairings and work rules/rigs.
I also like the vacation- I hated having to save my pto just to get awarded 2 weeks. I get em now anyway and can burn through my pto.
To each his own.
Work rules, what in the highlights makes you think we got amazing work rules? The 5 hours per calendar day?

Vacation, you have almost the exact same amount of PTO in the AIP as you do now! You just have less flexibility in how to use it in the new agreement! The AIP has vacation at 35/35 instead of 24.5/35, so your apparent increase in PTO hours is a complete ruse!

I agree on retirement.

What am I missing Bozo?

Are you actually trying to sell that you're going to look at the TA with an open mind? It's hard to tell with you.
Ive always been in agreement with you on the critique of B6, but not on your quick-triggered approach to judging the entire TA on bulletpoints alone.
You claim to be undecided, but your overall agreement with the close-minded Q, paints a different picture. I have not and will not block your posts like I have others, but dont pretend to have an open mind here. Your posts dont support that...Yet.
Not attacking here btw.
If you can't convince'em, block'em!!!

Did you join ANTIFA or simply become a millenial that can't deal with opposing viewpoints.

Perhaps you should seek refuge in your chemical dependencies.
