Where are we going? and How are we going to get there?

Delayed flights between two major cities each experiencing lines of weather? Recipe for success at every airline.

Same night, lets see how "real airlines do it."

15.5 hrs late

7.5 hours late

Cool. Now show us the overall airline on-time rankings?

Indeed. Let's look at how real airlines do it. To find jetblue keep scrolling down (past the regionals).

I know it sucks when you're having a belly laugh at a 7 hour delayed JB flight only to see a 15 hour & 7.5 hr delayed real airline flight. Kinda takes the wind out of your sails.

Clearly JB prioritizes other things over on-time. They'll rally the troops all they can to improve on-time but they won't do it at the expense of aircraft utilization or the expense of losing revenue. They know the tipping point better than you or I. All they care about is making the most $ per customer, and they're accomplishing that better than many "real airlines." I do encourage you to update your logbook and resume though, many posters here seem to find it cathartic.

We are number one at being late! Best of the worst.
Not everyone can say that.

Yes yes, every airline has it's days where we see silly long delays. bluejet just does it more frequently and longer. We should just let our planes rest more often.

but hey if you don't like it leave! best punchline ever. thanks for the laugh.

23 percentage points behind the lead. That's a grand canyon that Giggity won't be able to cross.

Even 4.4 percentage points behind the next worse.

65.8%???

Difficult to get much better when a huge percentage of our flights operate out of the most delay plagued airports in the country. But, that was our company's choice.
