Yep.

0.2% was our profit sharing this past year.

0.02% was our profit sharing several years ago (under Maruster).

The raise that didn't happen because it was deemed "de minimus" had nothing to do with profit sharing.

It was when we were paid PSIA (peer set industry average). My raise would have been about $0.25/hr had it happened.

Funny thing is that particular raise that never happened would have been more than this year's profit sharing check.

How low is my GAS meter? Below 0.2%.
