The raise that didn't happen because it was deemed "de minimus" had nothing to do with profit sharing.
It was when we were paid PSIA (peer set industry average). My raise would have been about $0.25/hr had it happened.
Funny thing is that particular raise that never happened would have been more than this year's profit sharing check.
How low is my GAS meter? Below 0.2%.

Those 109 bus vacancies just saved the training department.
The ability to put new hires through the bus instead of all of them going through the 190 is huge for OSC.

It's still going to be tough. That's 119 E190 pilots that need to be trained by September 1. That's 20 E190 pilots a month (more or less), which has to be close to the max throughput OSC can train. Keep in mind August is when the instructors go through their own recurrent cycle, which reduces training capacity.

It's still going to be tough. That's 119 E190 pilots that need to be trained by September 1. That's 20 E190 pilots a month (more or less), which has to be close to the max throughput OSC can train. Keep in mind August is when the instructors go through their own recurrent cycle, which reduces training capacity.
Imagine had it been 228 190 vacancies like it could’ve been.
