We suck. I mean how do you just send an email for that. The JD Power was carried on NBC nightly news last night with a JetBlue mention. That’s crazy advertising. And they don’t offer a super pass? We suck. Seriously. Just keep extending, run to the gate to not be late, answer an email from an inflight lead about why you needed ice on the jet and we’re late, or whatever BS you wade through during a tour of duty at JB.
We’re a glorified regional.

Where we are headed as an airline? I have no idea. It's day by day. I think a safer bet for our future is to be bought and enjoy the ride.
