Mine was "actual" sized and NO way will it fit over the suit jacket. Arms are way too small for real. So it's one or the other in my case.

Maybe you should throw in a leg day, or perhaps a cardio day. Lay off the arms for a while. 42jacked isn't a JetBlue overcoat size that I saw an option for.

But if you don't skip leg day, the wool coat covers up the fruits of your labors.
