Default February 1/15 Interviews

Seeing how there is a previous thread regarding interviews...figured I'd start one for the batch in February.

I'm certainly excited to see what the future holds.

So - that being said - here we go...anyone else taking part in interviews in February?

The future holds lower pay than your peers.

Hopefully not for long! The guys coming here need to understand and not accept that they will be compensated 30-40% less than their peers and stand unified with their new colleagues. Probation ends at completion of IOE. Get involved right off the bat.

That's what I see...a lot of things need to happen first but I am optimistic JBALPA's NC can deliver some handsome returns. That out of the way, I know very little about your guys' current status of negotiations and am just focusing on departing my current place of employment.

I wouldn't expect any kind of contract soon. Company will keep dragging its feet and we have way too many blue juicers still and people willing to hep out the company.

They are still calling off the last window. I know someone who had his phone interview last week and has the face to face on 1/25.

Yup, they're still working on getting guys to Phase I from prior window(s).

My phone interview was last week and when I received the e-mail regarding scheduling the interview Feb 1/15 were the only two dates offered - hence the thread title.

Anyone have any insight into how many candidates are usually interviewed during one day (total for the day) and one session (total just for the timeslot selected)?

^^^Agreed^^^ the Company has no reason to spend any money on a pilot group that considers themselves "not Delta".And don't get me started on the blue glove idiots and Captains who single engine taxi until #3 for takeoff.
