got the interview.....now what are my chances??

Well, got the call for a March 9th interview! I am in the process of finishing my bachelors degree... I have about 15 credits to go. I have heard of some guys getting hired recently without a 4 year degree, and I was looking for some opinions as to what my chances are of getting the job.

Thanks guys!

Your chances of making a BIG mistake...pretty good if you go to work for B6.

Blah, Blah, Blah, V-9.
We know your position - let it go.

If snow is forecast, bring something to read, and pack for a camping trip.

They called me last week for an interview and I hadn't updated my app in nearly a year. That says to me that they are hurting for applicants which should help your odds a little.

I applied in early January, and was called in 3 weeks, so they could be hurting for applicants. Although a buddy in my squadron just interviewed and was turned down so I guess they're not totally desperate.

yeah, I have spoken with a few people over there, and there have been some recent new hires without a 4 year degree, but im not sure if they had connections or not....unfortunately i dont.

If you got the call for an interview your chances are good. Just be yourself, don't lie, and stay out of trouble... You'll do Okay.

Cheers,

If you fit the mold and have the experience, the lack of 4 year degree won't matter much. Good Luck.
