We definitely are not. We could use another bid of 10/10 to get up to a decent staffing level. That assumes no more airplane growth. The sounds of it are we are getting more airplanes too.

The biggest problem is getting people through training due to a lack of sim availability.

Has anyone received a call from Kalitta to interview lately? If so, how long between application and call? I know earlier in the threads someone said average was 1.5-2 months. Just curious if this is still accurate.

Next contract or with an LOA, we need to allow beards. WGA is allowed to have beards now, and a study recently came out that debunked the theory that beards prevent O2 masks from sealing.

No worries. I was not trying to get into a ****ing contest over it. I personally don't want a beard, but I really don't care one way or the other when it comes to others.
