That's all fine and dandy, but none of my colleagues were smart enough to realize they would no longer be competitive for the job once it did pass. The pilot job market might as well be the stock market. You need to spot that diamond in the rough before everyone else does.
Maybe I'll get a lot of flack for saying this, but I think Atlas is that diamond in the rough right now once the management team removes their heads from their asses. The stock price is low so getting in will be easier than K4.

Problem is....I thought that 5 years ago. And it’s no better now than then.

Going to be at least another 2 years and it’s going to arbitration no matter what so I wouldn’t expect to even be equal to what K4 has today.

I loved my time at Connie, if I ever returned to freight that is where I would go ,and I was there pre contract 😎

Looks like contract negotiations are going well. We all know they start with the low hanging fruit, but progress is being made in the more substantial sections now as well.

19/28 Sections TA’d.

For only four months of negotiations I’d say that’s pretty fantastic. Keep up the good work.

The sections that matter the most are yet to come....

not to argue your point...there are 4 important sections left to be presented...but some very important sections have been TA'd, Scope for instance

Yes I agree, I am pleased. But I'll be on the edge of my seat until the whole deal is done. I'm worried about getting hung up.....

I agree. We will see.

There's also no point if rushing it if it turns out to be a stinky pile.

I doubt this process is going to be linear. Its going to resemble a Windows load bar.
