Just heard that the judge canceled the February hearing prior to Kalitta Air filing their briefs.
The scuttlebutt is Kalitta Air is terrified of what comes next.
this judge is clearly ****ed off with someone. Most likely them.

Interesting observation, but it could go either direction. The judge has apparently made up his mind one way or the other. Let's hope it's good news for the employees, including those who were coerced into taking the shot to keep their jobs. Based on the tenor of the company's motion to extend time, it's apparent that their lawyers were not contemplating anything like the briefs filed by the plaintiffs' lawyers. The company knew for a long time that they only had seven days to reply. The plaintiffs' briefs and the cases cited to prove that the law is on our side must have overwhelmed the company's lawyers and caught them by surprise, because their reply briefs did not address those new cases--they simply recycled and doubled down on their original unavailing arguments. In any case, let's hope for some good news.

I sincerely hope that those effected win this. I was, and still against the vax however after a lot of friction at home from my wife about not getting it and becoming unemployed. I got the J & J (least evasive in my view), at the last minute / deadline issued by the company so I could keep my job (paycheck) and stop the arguments at home about my willingness and stubbornness to just give up my job.

These lawsuits have just begun. Once the first class gets through the flood gates (hopefully) open, maybe by this time next year there will (Hopefully) be an AVALANCHE of "Find out if you Qualify" television commercials similar to Camp Lejeune "If you worked at Kalitta Air from 2019 to 2022 and were discriminated against for your religious or medical beliefs, or if you were injured by Kalitta Air's covid vaccine company policy, you may be entitled for substantial financial compensation".
