Default Kalitta Tentative Agreement

Does anyone have the scoop on the new TA the Kalitta pilots are voting on? I've heard several different things...

I'm starting training in Aug and would like to know what's in the new agreement. I've heard it's pretty good, but don't have the particulars.

New hire pay starts at 57/hr 62 hr guarantee. (raise is 20% over 4 years)
home base except for training
some 401k match
slight per diem increase
company pays for 1 flt phys/yr
loss of 1's and 3's pay. This is a big hit for some (I got nearly 80 hrs pay last year for these)
Its a mixed bag some god things for real senior guys and better pay at new hire level, not sure which way voting will be-haven't been to work yet this month.

Fo/Fe is now same scale. First year 57/hr second year 64. One year after ratification the rates are 60/67.
Capt's will be 73/117 for first year/fifth year and 77/123 next year.
Our current contract gives us 1 hr credit per day on layover (its not unusual to sit for 2-3 days) which increases to 3 hr/day if you have flown past 60.7 for the month. It can add up-I got nearly 80 hours pay for this last year.

What are the requirements for fo applicants? How are your schedule built? Do you have a family and how does the schedule affect them? Just thinking I'd like to switch to the freight side of things in the coming year.

They seem to like 4,000 or so total time and pic is always a plus or heavy and international time. It varies so give it a shot if you're interested.
The lines are 17 days mostly in one shot though some are split into two segments.
It is very hard on the family life. 13 days off seems like a lot, but it blows by pretty quick and you're gone again-worse in recurrent and sim months which add on a few more days. Don't take the 17 days away too lightly, it is pretty tough-I have two little ones. If you live close to EWR,LAX, or ANC you get an extra day home here and there.
